I have been going to Dr. Rasenberger’s office for many years without incident until today. I had what I would describe as an excruciating deep tissue treatment from Jan. I don’t believe a deep treatment was warranted since I have my teeth cleaned regularly three times a year. When I got home today my teeth were covered with blood. Jan never gave me any instructions on hone care other than say I should put a used teabag on my teeth. She didn’t tell me not to remove the clots that formed around all my teeth! When I looked up what I should do it said I should NOT remove the clots which I did. Why wasn’t I told not to remove the clots since that is part of the healing process? That is negligence and I will speak to Dr. Rasenberger shortly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL PROFESSIONALLY SCAM YOU AND MAKE IT SOUND LEGIT. I was a patient of Dr Rasenberger. I told him EXACTLY what i wanted. He did EVERYTHING i did NOT ask for. He insisted that in order for him to fix my front crooked tooth, i "needed" to do a deep cleaning. First time i got it done, it was for the right side only, 6 weeks later, i got done the left side. 6 weeks later we did something else (can't remember what it was but it wasnt what i needed). Keep in mind I'm paying for each visit. After 3 visits and over 6 months later, i ask when can we start fixing my tooth? He said, "you are not ready to move around teeth because i want to make sure your cleaning is up to part"....? I go to another dentist because something isnt right. My front tooth is getting worse and i am getting no help from my dentist. When i go to the periodontist, i told them "i want to fix my crooked tooth can you help me, please?" They told me "Dr. Rasenberger doesnt want you to start the procedure. He has to give us the green light" I was FURIOUS. So you're telling me ya'll answer to him? You are rejecting a paying customer?? I came in after extensive neglect was done to my teeth. I am very satisfied with Dr. Rasenberger and his very friendly and professional staff, including Tracy at the front office. It is difficult getting appointments, but there's a reason.

This review is not for the actual service from Dr but the overall experience with getting service from the doctor. - 1st I ve scheduled an appointment which has scheduled almost 2 months when my kid need a dental surgery immediately (in 10-20 days). - 2 days before the appointment, got a call from Dr office about his absence ( dr was in a vacation or something). - they requested me for a reschedule which is like another 45 days. - I ve accepted after a negotiation without any output. They are so stubborn. - the 1st appointment I am taking is not the surgery but the consultation followed that the surgery appointment. - Meantime I am able to complete both consultation and surgery in another place. - Getting Dr appointment is a dream for new patient - they do not understand your urgency - I cant afford such long waiting time waiting. - Stay away, stay safe. Avoid unnecessary waitings and rescheduling. - hope they will accept us and understand our emotions next. - Again thos review is not for the doctors service, which I heard is best. - They do not accept any insurance so you need to pay more.
